You must see the history in this church - the new one - built in the 1400's. William of Orange, father of The Netherlands, is buried here. Learn the history of the Netherlands in the exhibits here.
This church is where the royal family is buried. On a clear day it's great to climb the tower and have a stunning view over Delft. If you're lucky you can see The Hague and maybe even further.
After around half of tower height you will see a mechanism for a big tower clock, but after all 376 (!) stairs, you will get a great sight on Delft! There is terrace all around the church! Amazing!
Must visit when in Delft. Tombs of the Dutch royal family are located here. The entrance fee also entitles you to visit the Oude Kerk and to pick up a free cup of coffee.
Билет 8,5€ включает новую и старую церковь и обзорку на колокольне (вторая по высоте после Утрехта) с брошюрой на русском и флаером на кофе. Рекомендую.
